1. Ticket Pricing
1.1. The standard ticket price for SHYNNE Gaming Club events is £15 per person.
1.2. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
1.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect tickets already purchased.
2. Payment Methods

3. Booking Confirmation
3.1. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your ticket details and a unique booking reference.
3.2. Please bring this confirmation (digital or printed) to the event for entry.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Full refunds are available if requested at least 2 day before the event date.
4.2. Cancellations made between 2-4 days before the event will receive a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future event.
4.3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for refunds.
4.4. To request a cancellation or refund, please email marlon@shynne.co.uk with your booking reference.
4.5. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.
5. Rescheduling and Transfers
5.1. Ticket transfers to another person are permitted at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by emailing marlon@shynne.co.uk.
5.2. If you cannot attend an event, you may reschedule for another equivalent event within 30 days, subject to availability.
5.3. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original event.
6. Event Cancellation by SHYNNE Gaming Club
6.1. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event, we will notify all ticket holders as soon as possible via email.
6.2. In case of cancellation by SHYNNE Gaming Club, you will be offered either:

7. Age Restrictions and Requirements
7.1. Our gaming club events are generally suitable for ages 16+. Some specific events may have different age requirements which will be clearly stated on the event page.
7.2. Valid ID may be required for verification purposes at entry.
8. Special Offers and Discounts
8.1. Special offers, promotional codes, and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to tickets already purchased.
8.2. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.
